What we collect

The mobile number you enter, and the messages, photos, videos and voice notes you send in the chat.

Photos are stripped of location and camera details on your device before they are uploaded.

We do not ask for your name, email or any other details, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and to contact you on the number you gave us about it.

Who can see it

Your chat stays open on this site for 24 hours. During that time anyone who enters your number here can see it, so please only use a number that is yours. After 24 hours it closes, and entering the number again starts a new, empty chat.

Authorised members of our team can read every conversation with your number, including earlier chats, so we can follow up on your enquiry.

Data is stored with Google Firebase. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, and media files are only viewable through short-lived private links.

Abuse protection

To prevent spam and attacks we apply rate limits. These use one-way hashed versions of IP addresses and numbers; we do not store your IP address.

Your choices

You can ask us in the chat to delete your conversation at any time. Choosing “Use a different number” signs this device out of the chat.
